RSVPify complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union to the United States. RSVPify has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles.
RSVPify’s compliance with the Privacy Shield is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. In further adherence to Privacy Shield Principles and to the extent allowed by law, RSVPify may be held potentially and partially liable in the event that a third party processes Personal Data on our behalf and at our express direction in a manner failing to adhere to these Privacy Shield Principles and where alleged damage is incurred as a direct result of this failure.
In the event that we are unable to resolve your concern, you may contact JAMS, which provides an independent third-party dispute resolution body based in the United States. JAMS will investigate and assist you, free of charge. A binding arbitration may be available to you in order to address residual concerns not able to be resolved by any other means.
